What is Edmonton Fan Expo?

EDMONTON EXPO is a three-day celebration of all things comics, sci-fi, and horror that attracts tens of thousands of attendees from near or far! This year will be no exception as we have world-renowned celebrities coming to talk about their careers in entertainment. 

Guests from the previous edition include Stan Lee, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Mackie, Gaten Matarazzo, Summer Glau, Ron Perlman, Karl Urban, John Barrowman, and stars from hit TV shows & films: Stranger Things, Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, The Boys, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Firefly, Captain America and lots more. 

EDMONTON EXPO is the ultimate pop culture convention. Travel and Accessibility

• Directions

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is easily accessible by car, bus, or Light Rail Transit (LRT). Located on major transit routes the center offers you quick access to all that this fantastic city has to offer!

• Automated parking

To enter the parking lot, you will need to pull a ticket from the machines near the entry. Bring it with you and scan it at any pay-on-foot stations located inside for payment of your stay during the visit!

• Getting there

Light Rail Transit (LRT)

You can enjoy a quick trip to and from the airport with this convenient link-up. The Edmonton EXPO Centre is connected by an outdoor pedway, so you’ll never have an issue catching your flight after landing!

• Bus Transit

The guests can access the coliseum transit center by passing through Edmonton’s Coliseum LRT station. For more information and schedules, please check Transit Systems!

• Onsite Parking

Visitors to the Edmonton EXPO Centre can easily access 3,800 parking spots. The public entrances are located at 116 Avenue and 73 Street with an additional entrance available for those attending events on site which will lead them straight into your display area! 

Parking Rates

The standard charge for an entry is $15. You can’t come and go as you please, but there are no other fees or restrictions on visitors!

Official Hotel Block – Book your stay at one of Canada’s best rated hotels and get all these benefits when you book early. The sooner they sell out, the lower rate guests will enjoy while they’re still available in September 2022.
