What is it?

They’ve been putting on LAN parties since 2004. The original idea was simple – assemble a group of smaller, more localised events into one big annual gathering that just wouldn’t work without cohesive organisation and leadership at the head; something like what you see now with their bi-annual summer and winter gatherings! These days though things have changed quite drastically from those early days as well: they hold them every other year instead ( winters last longer than springs ), while partnered up really nicely through LANFest who helps them select charity funds for each event based on their own criteria.
