Qcon is an anime and gaming convention held at queens university Belfast. By the Dragonslayers Gaming & Anime Society at Queen’s University. First held from the 17th to 19th June, 1994. It is one of the oldest and largest anime and gaming conventions in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Qcon Belfast has been held annually over three days since 1994, making it one of the longest-running events of its kind in Europe. It is a convention for fans of anime, manga, games and cosplay. With a wide range of events and activities, Qcon is one of the largest events of its kind in Ireland.

Qcon Belfast is run by the Dragonslayers Gaming & Anime Society at Queen’s University. It is a student-run society which aims to promote gaming and anime culture on campus and within the local community. The society organizes a wide range of events throughout the year, including Qcon Belfast.
