What Is Winnipeg Commicon?

Winnipeg Comiccon is a popular annual event that celebrates gaming and comic culture. Each year, thousands of fans from around the world flock to this lively convention to participate in gaming tournaments, show off their latest cosplay creations, and mingle with some of their favorite celebrities. Whether you’re a veteran convention-goer or just someone who loves gaming, comic books, and all things pop culture, Winnipeg Comiccon is sure to have something for you.

Winnipeg’s first pop culture convention will be held this fall. The Winnipeg Comiccon aims to bring together fans of all kinds in one place, with programming for every genre imaginable: comic books and sci-fi; horror movies like Halloween or Friday the 13th and anime series such as Naruto. There are also plenty of games on display including ones based on Shakespearean plays so you can show off your knowledge while cosplaying!

Visit the convention to meet your favorite creators and get an autograph or sketch from them. You can also go into any photo opportunity where they will be waiting for you! Not only that, but celebrities often attend this event which makes it a one-of-a-kind experience like no other.
